Great – that’s good to know. I would say that any answer is acceptable to the USCIS, though I appreciate that you might favor a different answer. E.g. a smart alec one, or one based on the number of members.
If you think that this was terrorists, then consider your own government a terror organization. 911 was an inside job. No steel frame skyscraper has ever spontaneously melted before.
