The United States is carved up into districts, and the number of districts per State depends on the population of that State. Some States are bigger than others.

I moved from Wales to the United States in 2005 and have been through the US immigration process and have learned all about citizenship and nationalization on the way. I currently live in Texas with my wife and two dogs
The mostly male crowd of Senators each represent all of the people of the State. So given that I have two senators in my state (we all do), then both of them represent me, and everyone else in the State.
