The capital of the United States is Washington DC – named after the nation’s father, the honorable George Washington.
He was the first president – serving for two terms and unanimously elected by all 69 electors in 1789, a few years after he’d presided over the Constitution’s adoption. He’s also the father of the nation. He didn’t like slaves and he lives on the lowliest of paper currency denominations – the one dollar bill. So he’s popular, but less valuable maybe than the others?
