Who did the US Fight in WW2?

The US was getting over a very depressing time – all dust bowls and grapes of wrath, and decided to get involved in the Second World War after the Japanese decided to launch a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. So that pretty much put Japan in the cross hairs. The other guys who were on the wrong side of the line in the sand were Germany and Italy.
