Rights and Responsibilities

What can anyone living in the US do?

There are many rights of lawful US residents – citizens and non-citizens alike. In the Naturalization Interview, you may be called upon to name two of these rights or freedoms:

  1. Freedom of expression
  2. Freedom to petition the government
  3. Freedom of speech
  4. Freedom of worship
  5. The right to bear arms
  6. Freedom of assembly

If in doubt, guessing Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Worship are two good ones that will stand you in good stead on this and other questions.

I moved from Wales to the United States in 2005 and have been through the US immigration process and have learned all about citizenship and nationalization on the way. I currently live in Texas with my wife and two dogs
